Well we on our way...... Today Ian Rotherham (Lecturer from UCOL) drove me (Mic) to Wellington to collect the vehicle we are going to use when traveling
around the North Island I began the journey at a place called Lower Hutt, then followed the
signs north to Masterton. As you will see some of the images are
slightly blurred, this is due to the wind packing gusts
of over 40 knots. In some places it was hard to keep the van on the road
even when doing only 60 kilometers and hour in a 100 zone. The hills through to
Masterton,
were very steep and the views were breath taking, despite the rain,
